signed presentation photograph from Edward’s tour of the United States, Canada and Newfoundland aboard HMS Renown, 1919, card mount, embossed Prince of Wales’s feathers in gilt, ink signature “Edward P” below, (the plate 21.5cm high, 7.5cm wide), in an unusual Arts and Crafts silver photograph frame, with an oak mount to the reverse and folding stand, hallmarks for J. W. Tiptaft & Son Ltd, Birmingham, 1902, (the frame 21.6cm high, 16.5cm wide, 15cm deep) (the card mount has been cut down to fit the frame)
