An Antique Jaques "Library" Ivory Staunton chess set, circa 1890-95

one side stained red, the other side left natural, both kings stamped JAQUES LONDON to the underside of the bases, the king 2 ⅞ (7.4cm)  inches high, the pawn 1 ⅘ inches (1.8cm) high, in a green leather "Trolley Car" box or casket, circa 1890-5, with "The Staunton Chessmen" stamped in gilt to the top, and Gothic handles stamped in gilt to the sides, the interior lined in green plush and silk, Howard Staunton's facsimile signature in gilt stamped to the front, and a green label to the underside: JAQUES & SON, LONDON, 17cm wide.
